Data Collection Methodology

As a result of numerous years of developing the image capture techniques and specifications for AI based interpretation using a variety of imaging systems on both manned and unmanned data collection methodologies, Ardenna has developed a unique understanding of the modalities and requirements for this task.

The interaction of the image capturing vehicle and its characteristics, combined with the capabilities and control of the image capturing device can have a profound effect on the quality, resolution and ultimately the usability of the resulting images. Ardenna has specified and adapted numerous imaging systems with a broad range of unmanned and manned, fixed wing and rotor-based vehicles for AI data processing.

Having experience with rail, wind turbine, electrical and oil and gas applications, Ardenna can provide system specification and optimization guidance for your image collection needs.

Image Labeling

All image labeling is not the same, and labeling requirements for the most timely, effective and productive approaches to image labeling will vary depending on the range of image quality expected as well as the type of information needed from the images themselves.

From object detection and characterization, conditional grading, object measurements, etc., Ardenna has optimized labeling and data interpretation approaches based on the imagery characteristics and the interpretation goals for a range of applications.

While we do not provide labeling services specifically, Ardenna can provide expert guidance on the most effective approaches to extracting the information you need from your imagery.
